Readings and mediumship
When you book an in-person or virtual reading, you choose the card deck I work with. I have a wide range of different oracle and tarot cards you can choose from, and I will often work with multiple decks in one reading if I am guided to by spirit.
You can let me know if there is a particular aspect of your life you would like guidance on (for example career, relationships), and I will focus on this area for you.
Messages of love, guidance and support from loved ones and spirit guides usually come to me as part of your reading. A beautiful way to reconnect with those you have known.

Reiki healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. It involves the transfer of energy from the universe through my hands to encourage emotional and physical healing.
Reiki promotes balance and well-being, aligns your charkas and can provide relief from illness, injury, stress, depression and anxiety.
Distance reiki can be very effective, especially with animals, but most of my clients prefer a face-to-face healing session. You are welcome to visit my home in Yeovil, or I can visit you, if you live within the Yeovil area.

Reflexology
Reflexology offers numerous benefits, including stress relief, improved circulation, and enhanced overall well-being. By activating specific points on the feet and hands, it can help alleviate tension and promote relaxation. This holistic therapy may also boost energy levels and support better sleep, contributing to a healthier balance life.
Reflexology is performed solely from my location in Yeovil. The first 10 minutes of every one hour session begins with a consultation to help you get the most from your therapy.
